Black Health Matters is a project of The Love Tank CIC which seeks to identify and address health inequalities that impact Black* communities across the UK. We do this by working with those with lived experience of different health conditions that disproportionately affect Black people.
The Lived Experience Leader Development Programme offered a free online training programme specifically for Black people living with a health condition and their primary carers. This programme allowed participants to utilise their lived experience to shape and lead their work to directly benefit the health and wellbeing of people who share those experiences.
